Carnival Paradise Cruise Ship Features and Facts

Although the Carnival Paradise debuted in 1998, it has undergone major upgrades most recently in 2018. Carnival Paradise carries up to 2,124 passengers and 920 crew members. The latest Funship 2.0 enhancements, including new cabins and venue upgrades, are now available on the Carnival Paradise. The Twister waterslide, mini golf, Hasbro: The Game Show, and Playlist Production theater shows are among the new activities available on this Fantasy Class ship. You'll find some of the favorite bars and eateries aboard such as BlueIguana Cantina, Guy's Burger Joint and RedFrog Rum Bar.

 Adults can relax in Serenity Retreat, which features loungers, hammocks, hot tubs, and a full bar exclusively for adults. Also worth a look are the Majestic Casino, Spa Carnival, and Alchemy Bar. Younger children (ages 2-11) have their own area, Camp Ocean, where they can take part in organized activities such as contests and arts and crafts. You'll find Cat in the Hat meet and greets, parades, themed crafts, and even a Green Eggs & Ham breakfast thanks to Carnival's partnership with Dr. Seuss.

If you're looking for a traditional cruise dining experience, head to the Carnival Paradise's main dining room, or the lido buffet if you're looking for something a little more casual. On sea days, there's a special sea day brunch with breakfast and lunchtime favorites, as well as a few quirky and fun options. Other options include the Pizza Pirate for a quick slice of pizza or the Mongolian Wok for stir-fry. Consider booking the Chef's Table, where a small group of guests is treated to an elegant multi-course meal prepared by one of the ship's head chefs, if you're looking for an upscale evening meal or want to celebrate a special occasion.

Interior and Ocean View guestrooms (185 square feet), Balcony accommodations, and Suites are available at Paradise (250 to 400 square feet). Flat-screen televisions are standard in all cabins, and room service is available 24 hours a day.
