National Park Las Cuevas de Camuy
This national park contains one of the world's largest cave systems. Visitors will be able to go into sections of the caves and explore a small portion of the system. The neighboring areas have some beautiful natural surroundings that provide excellent views.

The famed radio telescope, the world's largest of its kind, is located in the northwestern part of Puerto Rico. Its huge receptor plate, which is the size of 12 football fields, is used to detect signals from planets and in SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) research. Inside the Observatory, there are science-related exhibits on a variety of topics to view.

Mayaguez is home to the island's sole public zoo. The African Forest and the African Savannah are the zoo's two main animal selections. It also includes a lovely bird refuge.

Between images and sculptures, the Ponce Art Museum boasts the Caribbean's largest art collection. Many European works are included in its collection, including works by Velasquez, Rubens, and Rodin, among others.
